Fix and rotatory wing simulators

We design and manufacture all types of motion systems, simulators, and training devices: basic, intermediate, and advanced; including conventional visual and virtual reality systems.

We perform maintenance and modernization of equipment from different manufacturers. 

We have a high-level work team composed of engineers specialized in mechatronics, mechanics, electronics, aeronautics, and fixed and rotary-wing pilots, who oversee the design, development, construction, implementation, and maintenance of all types of aerospace equipment. We have more than 12 years of experience in the development of simulation platforms for the civil and defense sector, providing the following benefits:

ADM (Advance Data Monitoring System)

ADM is a portable and easy-to-install system for in-flight data, video, and audio recording. Its main function is to feed the event analysis software, corresponding to the Flight Operations Quality Assurance (FOQA) program. In case of an incident or accident, the recorded information is vital to carry out the investigation in a fast and reliable way, which translates into reduced time, costs, and well-founded conclusions. This facilitates the use of appropriate actions on anything that may have happened, allowing safer flying every day.

It is a system qualified by the Colombian Defense Aeronautical Certification Office, complying with the following standards:

• MIL-STD 810H
• MIL-STD 704F
• MIL-STD 461G
• FAR 23, 25, 27 and 29

Visual Systems

We have different configurations of visual systems to suit the needs of our customers. The most prominent are the cylindrical, spherical, and collimated visuals, with coverage of more than 220 degrees in the horizontal axis and up to 110 degrees in the vertical axis. They are manufactured in different sizes depending on the application in which it will be used.

• High definition and realistic visual systems, integrated with georeferenced satellite images to enhance immersion.
• Projection systems with LED laser technology for better image definition.
• Lamp life of projector lamps exceeding 20,000 hours.

Software

Our capabilities include the development of customized, non-critical software for different areas of knowledge and industry.

We handle everything related to front-end and back-end in different programming languages for embedded and non-embedded systems.

Research and Development

Palcort Tech has led research projects to learn and apply new technologies, stay at the forefront, and meet the needs of our customers with the quality and standards required by the aerospace industry around the world. This has taken place by using our own resources and those of entities, companies, and corporations in the sector. They are supported by the experience, academic training, and quality of our interdisciplinary team.

Electrical and electronic systems.

For developed equipment, we design and manufacture our own control and signal acquisition systems, to ensure our customers a stock of spare parts for at least 10 years and a response time (in case of failure), much faster than that offered by other companies abroad. In addition, we can adjust the equipment to the exact parameterization of the aircraft being simulated.

Testbed

We design and manufacture test benches for different avionics, fuel, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems, according to our customer’s technical requirements and industry norms and standards.

Consulting and advisory services

We offer our customers consulting and advisory services in different processes of simulator modernization, equipment purchase, design and development of customized solutions, professional services in electronic engineering, aeronautical mechanics, and systems.
